Joshua Valdez, Co-Owner of The Valdez Salon, inherits a tradition of hairstyling excellence as a third-generation stylist. His journey began amidst the halls of ‘Paul Mitchell the School Austin’, where he was immersed in the world of hair and Paul Mitchell culture from a young age. Choosing to follow his family's passion, he became the first barber and barber educator, adding his unique touch to the family legacy. As a Paul Mitchell National Educator, Joshua not only shares his technical expertise but also shows the Paul Mitchell culture of peace, love and happiness can allow you to do amazing things . With a blend of heritage, skill, and forward-thinking, he redefines hairstyling and men's grooming, inspiring peers and clients alike.
